If you're experiencing buffering, freezing, or playback errors, try these steps.

Quick Fixes

  1. Check your internet connection. We recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K streaming.
  2. Lower the video quality. Click the gear icon in the player and select a lower resolution (720p or 480p).
  3. Refresh the page. A simple page reload often resolves temporary playback glitches.
  4. Clear your browser cache. Go to your browser settings and clear cached files.
  5. Try a different browser. If the issue persists, switch to Chrome or Safari.

Still Having Issues?

  • Disable browser extensions. Ad blockers and VPNs can interfere with video streaming.
  • Update your browser. Make sure you're running the latest version.
  • Check for DRM support. Some browsers or devices may have DRM disabled. Ensure "Widevine" is enabled in your browser settings.
