Frequently Asked Questions

Is the content safe for my children?

Absolutely. Logos Cinema provides a completely separate Kids experience with its own dedicated content library. Children only see content specifically made for them, not filtered-down adult content. Kids profiles never see ads, and a parental PIN prevents children from switching to other profiles. All other content is rated using the standard G, PG, PG-13, and R system so you always know what you're watching.

Will there be mature content on your platform?

Yes - some content on Logos Cinema will be intended for older audiences. However, "mature" does not mean gratuitous or glorifying sin. Our goal is to reflect the fullness of the Orthodox Christian human experience, which includes both the brokenness of a fallen world and the triumph of truth, beauty, and heroism. Just as Scripture contains difficult themes while remaining spiritually essential, some of our content may engage serious subjects with purpose and restraint. All titles will be clearly labeled, and users can create child-specific profiles to ensure appropriate viewing for every member of the household.

I'm exploring Orthodoxy, is this platform for me?

Of course! Our library includes documentaries, podcasts, and films that introduce the Orthodox faith in an accessible way. Whether you're a catechumen, a curious seeker, or simply drawn to the beauty of Orthodox tradition, you'll find content that meets you where you are. No prior knowledge required.

How is Logos Cinema different from Netflix or other streaming services?

Unlike mainstream platforms, every title on Logos Cinema is curated to reflect Orthodox Christian values. There's no algorithm surfacing content that conflicts with your faith. Additionally, 10% of all profits are donated to Orthodox Patriarchates to support parishes.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts or commitments. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
