If you're having trouble signing in to your Logos Cinema account, try these solutions.

Common Issues

Forgot your password

Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your email. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Google or Apple sign-in not working

  • Make sure you're using the same Google or Apple account you originally signed up with.
  • Check that third-party cookies are enabled in your browser — some sign-in providers require them.
  • Try signing in using a private/incognito browser window.

Account not found

If you see "account not found," you may have signed up with a different email address or sign-in method. Try all your email addresses and both Google and Apple sign-in options.

"Email not verified" error

Check your inbox for a verification email from Logos Cinema. Click the link to verify your email address. If you can't find it, click "Resend verification email" on the sign-in page.
