The documentary tells the story of Toma Arnăuţoiu (1921-1959), the cavalry officer who, after being put in reserve for political reasons, became the leader of the anti-communist resistance group from Nucşoara (Argeş County), which operated in the southern Fărăgaş Mountains. He was caught after almost 10 years and executed together with his brother.
